Regional Learning Collaboratives – Kick-Off Workshop PowerPoint Presentations
A series of five daylong kick-off workshops were conducted throughout California in April-May 2009 to introduce regional learning collaborative participants to the process improvement strategies and tools available through the ACTION Campaign and Network for the Improvement of Addiction Treatment (NIATx). The workshop provided participants with the opportunity to learn how to identify key problems with regards to access to and engagement and retention in treatment, and how to plan for and implement a rapid cycle change project within their respective agencies.
