When you contact the agency in your state, the following questions might be helpful in order to get the best information possible:

• What are phone numbers for the treatment centers in my area.
• What are the eligibility requirements and funding/payment arrangements?
• Does the treatment center offer residential, day outpatient, intensive outpatient, and/or supported recovery?
• What are the average lengths of stay at the facility?
• Does the facility offer family counseling and /or groups?
